General Easy question

I'm as new as they come, growing under a 60w cfl for now (plan to upgrade to bigger bulbs later) and was wondering if my seedlings looks healthy. It's 1 week and a day old. Could you tell me if it looks alright and/or what I need to do differently. I'm not looking for a monster yeild since this is my first time and I have very limited resources.IMG_2139.jpg
 
Yeah it looks pretty good. Good job! My only advise would be to not spray it while the lights are on and only water it when the soil has thoroughly dried out.
 
Make sure that you put a couple small drain holes in the bottom of that cup and that you let it dry all the way out before watering again.
