General hydroponics flora trio ?

So I have flora trio micro, bloom, and gro. I have been following the feed chart below and everytime I mix my nutes the ppm is still so low like mid bloom week 5 it says the ppm should be 800-1000 I mix mine just like it says and I’ll be damned if my ppm isn’t like 500 or so like what the fuck I don’t understand it. What am I doing wrong. My water is like 30 ppm with nothing in it and ph of like 8

Your shaking the bottles before? meter is calibrated ?

Also 500ppm/1EC isnt low,its just right.I would go by ml per not the ppm pen.

Yeah for sure I always try to shake them up, I had no problem last run with these nutes. This time I just feel like my plants are hungry cause now my other plant is starting to yellow on the lower leaves and it’s 5 weeks into flowering I just don’t know what I’m doing wrong it sucks.
