A friend handed me a new, unopened bag of it. He quit growing.
My autos are a week in flower, and after my recent nitrogen deficiency scare, Im switching nutes.
Anyone use it, and advice?

Been using it for decades.........just MaxiBloom, tap water, and silica.
Ive been using FF trios for years with success. Last week I get a sudden nitrogen deficiency in two plants that were just going into flower. This left me scratching my head because imo this shouldn't happen. Ive been using FF for years, so why the sudden nitrogen deficiency?
Well I began examining my bottles of nutes. Several had expired. Others had been opened. When I poured some off, they all had gooky junk floating inside. I'm thinking this can't be good. Mentioned it to a friend and he handed me an unopened bag of Maxibloom. They're due for another feeding tonight, and I'll finish the rest of this grow using it. I post photos of the results.

You have a good friend. Many people here use Maxi, I recently finished my first run with it. Since ph is in the low 4s with my RO, I use my 1.3 EC tap to raise PH. 16 oz per gallon brings it up to about 5.5 ph and it climbs up from there. Calmag is needed with RO or other low EC water.
