You may actually be closer to the start of flowering than to the finish.

Sorry I know its not what you want to hear but truth is truth and I'd rather tell you the truth as opposed to you harvesting way to early and not only losing weight but potency as well.

thanks man! I have completely stopped feeding 4weeks about just been using water! It’s been flowering for over 9weeks now and not really grown anymore than this?!

Any suggestions on what I should do? I stopped feeding just been using water. Should I feed with grow and bloom for a few weeks?

Short answer yes.

Long answer. If you knew what week you were in for flower I would tell you to follow a feeding shcedule. Which would pin point the nutes you need to a certian extent.
