General stress question

So I am currently growing 6 Ice plants all females ( already killed the 4 males )

they are in
-5 gallon grow bags filled with pro mix

I used these nutes

-General hydroponics maxi series dry 1 part nutes for veging ( maxi gro ) and for flowering ( maxi bloom )

they were grown under

-2 400 watt MH and a t5 flouresent with 6 bulbs

i folowed the 18 / 6 light cycle and topped at 5 nodes ( shown in the picture ) trimming a few fan leave to expose new grow epicenters. durring the stress of the first topping 7 plants showed their sex 3 were females 4 were males the others had no sign yet. So i killed the males and grew the other 6 for 3 more weeks ( the last 3 days in a 12 / 12 cycle to sex the last 3 plants ) so today i went to my grow house ( my buddy is in florida for a year and i have to watch his place for him =) but he knows what up ) found out the last 3 were also females :hump:. Also last night my other buddy offered to buy half my nutes my old soil from the first 4 males and their grow bags + 4 clones and my t5 for what it will cost me to buy another 1000 watt HPS. So i figured why not top all of these plants again and veg them out huge untill the 1000 watt gets here then flower the hell out of these with the 1000 watt in the center and the 2 400 watts hanging on the sides to make me some super buds.

Being all excited about this i didn't take into acount that my plants were still under the assumption they were flowering today and had been for the last 3 days and I topped about 75-80 % of each plant. Leaving the bottom 4 nodes to finnaly catch up all the way ( they are almost their ).
So my question is, do you think with the added stress of being switched back into veggitative growth compiled with the stress of my massive topping today Hermi my crop or do you think i should be ok since my plants were healthy to start out with. I know this is an impossible question to answer but some reassurance that i didn't f my self would be great :dunce:

( but i guess if it did all hermi i will have a few 1000 ice seeds lol ) :wall:

( and if it didn't I will have 6 MONSTER ice plants flowering under 1800 watts with a Co2 source in 2 weeks ) :weed:

Also a side note should i leave the light on 24/ 0 for a few days or send it right back to 18 / 6 which one do you think would cause less stress

any small amount of stress can switch it to be a hermie. u just have to play the waiting game now i guess lol. next time make sure to top during veg so it has the full flower cycle to focus on growing nice big buds.

I think going into Flower to quick will stress the plant to hermaphrodite.
you should be ok.
I'd go 18/6 or 16/8
I do the 16/8 before I go into bud, and knock a hour
off each day until you get to 12/12
I never do 24/0 one day and 12/12 the next
Had some back luck with that and hermi's

Yeah heres hoping they don't hermi. But they will have the full flower cycle to make buds if they didn't. They have only been flowering for 3 days now just enough to see the first few pistols with my magnifying glass and im throwing them back into veg tonight. So they will restart the flower cycle all over again when the 1000 watt gets here

yeah i have used the same to sex plants without any hermie issues, the best way to go is to take cuttings from the plants and put them on 12/12, you loose less time and confuse the plant less
