Genetics/Strain Advice

Hey, NEWB here trying to figure what would be a good hybrid (sativa heavy) for a first grow.
I'm looking for something hearty, easy to grow and care for, medium height, decent producer & HIGH THC content.
Also, how many 3 gal/12 liter pots I can reasonably put in a 3' deep, 5.5' height, 6' length area (approx. 1.6 m[SUP]2[/SUP])
I'm doing a medical grow for myself and 2 others (apt dwellers) who can't safely grow in their living situation and want to maximize my output to supply the 3 of us with enough to last us the 8 to 12 weeks between harvests.

Mostly Sativa plants will take 12 wks. I recommend AK-47, just the right amount of sativa/indica.

+ usually only 10 wk. flowering

go with skunk #1 you won't regret it plus their dirt cheap I'd go to either sensi seeds or the flying Dutchman's the pure (skunk #1)

I wont advise on what to buy, however, I'd like to add this point...
Most Noob growers want to grow a varitity of plants, so they get 6 different types of seeds, and grow all of them.
Then they have 6 different problems with the different plants, all along the grow.
Find a plant you have smoked before that you liked the Hi...
Grow that strain, and maybe only one other for the first grow... KISS....
Start the seeds a few days apart, so if you have a fail, you only loose part of crop...

Thanks kindnug, I just finished up a bag of AK and it was pretty righteous, so I think that will be my starter
Sand4x105, I had planned on a growing a "main strain" and a few plants of another (AutoBerry maybe)
My space is basically an old built-in computer workstation measuring 3' x 5 1/2' x 6', so I can't do a roomfull

If you don't mind answering another question, do you know anything about this seed bank . . .
I can't really find out much about them and wonder if anyone can shed some light on customer service etc
They Do deliver to the US though, and not many do I gather
