I started to germ in moist paper towels a day or 2 later my seeds had cracked open and u could see the roots i transfered them into soil that had perfect ph and was healthy soil i planted them about a 1/4 inch down and crushed dirt and sprinkled it on top... 9 days later nothings happening yet? i watered them once a day when the top layer of soil was dry what could be wrong?
Any help is greatly appreciated

no there is a problem here... didnt you say you watered them everyday since you planted the seeds? if so you may have over-dun it with watering. I germ my seeds for about 2 - 3 days, wet the soil right before i plant the seeds, tap-root facing down into the soil and do not water again until i see the seed sprout out of my soil. if you continue to water your seeds in soil before they sprout, it is possible for the water to relocate the seeds deeper into your soil so it becomes impossible for the seeds to find the proper light they need to stretch out of the top of your soil. moisten your soil once before planting the germed seed then leave it alone till it sprouts so the seed has a chance to capture light and begin to grow!
