Germany makes cannabis possession and cultivation legal from April

Cannabis possession and home cultivation will be decriminalized in Germany from April 1 after the law passed the final hurdle in the Bundesrat, the chamber of the federal states, on Friday.


Adults over the age of 18 will be allowed to possess 25 grams of cannabis and grow up to three plants at home. From July 1, non-commercial "cannabis clubs" can supply up to 500 members with a maximum monthly quantity of 50 grams per member.

This is good news for the brothers and sisters out there.

One part that confuses me is 25g on your person in public but only 50g at home!?

Who smokes an ounce while walking the dog?

Growing 3 plants for 50g seems illogical and perhaps even more challenging.

But I doubt folk will only keep 50g at their homes anyways

I cant see us getting the right to grow without a fight and if and when they do decide to ok it i think only a certain number of big operators will be allowed to do it and have a monopoly on it pretty much its whats happening alot of other places and sadly i can see it happening that way with us least Germany is starting to take steps in the right direction good on em they need to up the amount you can possess next tho

How long is the walk lol if was me and only a few mates we could tan an oz fairly quick your right tho walking your dog a short one alone i dont think you will be blazing that much yourself

Aye true! But 50g at home with 3 plants is like 16g off each plant. So 3 cups lol

But tbh I doubt it really matters. As long as you don’t have buds overflowing out your windaes

Aye i think they will be flexible with what u got at home i get more than that off a runt so surely you would think they be ok with em u would hope
