ok so my seeds are taking like fucking forever for the root to come out of the seed...they have popped open but they arent coming out.
Im wondering if it had to do with the fact that they got very very hot for a couple of hours one time but they didnt dry out or anything they were just in hot water for a couple f hours.
they are also auto flowers so is it just normal or what?
the inside of the seed is still white and not dryed up but they are taking forever to form a root...can anyone help?
strain is Kaloshnokav auto

IF they're still in water, put them in moist paper towels. Well For me usually when it pops, after a day it already has like half an inch of root. If it's been half a day and nothing, plant it in soil and just wait for it.

If the beans were in hot water "for a while" we should toss you out. What would possess you to think that hot water
would be good for germing?

If you are wetting your beans with paper towels you have to keep that whole deal in a large baggie. If you don't use
the baggie the beans dry out. Sounds like thats your problem.

This is how you germinate.

vlcsnap-2012-08-24-17h16m27s5.jpg
two plates, two paper towels, saran wrap and foil, room temp water, heat pad, water dropper, tweezers and seeds.
vlcsnap-2012-08-24-17h17m10s178.jpg
paper towel down on first plate, soak but don't drench towel with dropper, place seeds in place with tweezers

put second paper towel over seeds, wet with water dropper(room temp water- pH meaningless)

put second plate on first to cover

I wrap plates with saran wrap and foil and make sure heat pad is plugged in

Just 24-48 hours I have fully germinated seeds. Simple. Safe. 100% germ rate after about 100 attempts.

YOU MUST USE GOOD GENETICS(seeds) OR YOU MIGHT AS WELL NOT GROW AT ALL.

Good Luck

yeah im not fucking retarted...it wasnt hot water and ive been doing the papoer towel method ok...its not my first time here, and im not a dumbass, the water wasnt too too hot for very long it was just a heating method that got too hot for like maybe an hour...my seeds are NOT dead they have popped open and i can see the white inside of them so they are not dead, BUT they are fucking slow to make a root man...idk what it is...maybe the fact that they are autoflowers??... maybe they take longer to germinate.

i float them in a vial of water, and when they sink, i plant them 1/2" deep. done. if one doesn't break ground, it was trouble anyway.
