Can i germinate my seeds out of a plastic cup and soil rather than the paper towel method and move them to a bigger pot accordingly?

yes u can, or u can just start them in the big pots

yes ,plants are healthier done this way as your not handling a sprouted seed.

Yeah i planted my first seed last night straight in to the soil ill let you know how it gets on
