So I was talking to this girl and we were really into each other. She asked if I wanted a beer and I told her I don't drink. She then asked why I told her I just don't like it. Then she was like do you do anything else to get fucked up. I said yea weed. She then read me off saying that's why I work at a gas station and she goes to college and im after her money. At this point I was pissed.:cuss: I said I don't need your money I have my own apt and pay my own bills and moved out right after I graduated. She then said that's why you dont even have a new car. It's not even that old it's a 03 intrepid and looks and runs fine. I then said not everyone is born with a silver spoon in there mouth and some people have to bust there ass to get where there going and have got. She called me a bastard and then said her dad is gonna kick my ass. I said go get him. She did and when he got there he said I was a poor lazy fuck and my mom was a whore. I snapped I beat the hell out of him and my dog jumped in to. Well about 40 mins ago my friends dad works for the cops and called and said there was a report filed and even though he doesnt want to he may have to put out a warrant. He said he's gonna try to squash it. Was I in the wrong for what I did? I don't believe I was.

no, the girl is a bitch and she sicked (yes, that's the right word) her dad on you. It's bullshit. She basically just said "I'm better than you and you suck because of weed." Fuck her.

though your dog jumping in probably will hurt your case a lot, and it'll hurt 500% more if it was a pitbull, 300% more if it was a rottweiler or other "aggressive" breed.

Let's not hijack this thread on the semantics of pitbull etc. stereotypes, just to pre-empt.

There rich republicans and own a hardware store do you think that will effect the case. My dog is a 1/3 beagle 1/3bloodhound &1/3 shepard.

Ah I understand why you got mad but really it wasn't worth fighting him over she was just a dumb bitch! Please watch out and make sure they don't try and take your dog that would be awful! I don't understand though he should be arrested to if he came over to beat your ass..did he throw the first punch? Even if he didn't and he hit you I would think he would get arrested on assult charges as well... good luck man

that's a damn good mix to pick.

Beagles: used by law enforcement to help society.

Bloodhounds: used by law enforcement to help society

Shepherds: (german?) working breeds, generally well-received dogs.

Now this may hurt the case or help it. My friend put it on youtube this morning. Which he could drop charges out of embarrassment or he could say look what he did to me.
