So I have been toking for 7+ years, at least 1 gram a day. I recently had a job interview that requires a drug test so I was very nervous. I started reading articles on how to get clean, most recommend niacin or cranberries and crap. I didn't want to waste money on stuff that "might" help. So I was able to get clean in 12 days on my own regiment.
I did the following:
Obviously quit smoking weed.
1 hour of weight lifting everyday (already part of my regular routine anyways)
At least 45 minutes of cardio (biking, running, jump rope..etc.)
1 gallon of water throughout the day.
That's it.
After 12 days of this I bought a 99.9% accurate THC test, and I was clean. I also sent it in for lab testing, clean by them too.
I just wanted people to know if you must quit (tragedy) that you do not need to eat special foods or buy pills. Just be active and sweat.
For reference, I am 6 foot tall, 180 pounds. Not fat at all. So I'm sure my results will differ from an overweight person.
