Getting My Grow Room Ready.

I'm about to start a grow in my closet.I have a 2'W X 3'L X 5 -1/2' H grow space.I've already got my soil.I bought Miracle Grow Perlite and Miracle Grow organic potting mix.I'm thinking about ordering this 400W HPS light.I need opinions on this set up.

Someone on here said miracle grow may come with critters in the bag??? I know you can bake it in the oven before use but maybe next time try a different brand or make sure you keep on eye on it. Light source is ample as their are many choices. I did however do some research and the light 'warmth or cold' is important for vegging and blooming. I do know a 400 hps if you got the place to dispense the heat is what a lot of people use. I am attempting to do it by Lumens produce by the fixtures.
See UFO LED grow light 90 watt as some here like the results from them as well as no heat nor high energy consumption. Let alone infra footprint going 18/6 during the winter....Hope that helps
