so as the title says, my girlfriend wants to try growing a plant with me, but wants one that gets some nice colour to it. I know lots of strains go purple, especially with lower temps, but I'm curious I any one here has grown some certain strains that really get some colour to them. I tried to get her to just use one of my beans, but as a non smoker she wants one that'll be pretty to look at hahahah (damn women)

lol yep i know the feeling my ol want to add some color to my room.. i told her green n gold are great holiday colors but noooooo.. so i added a few poppies.lol as far as a good weed plant that turns color i would say blue widow.. gets nice and dark green and blueish at the end but only at the end.. i dont think there is a weed plant that is a color producer unless you use led..lights they make everything turn colors..

Of course, you and I know that the colors of the pics of the catalog are the best they could do. So matching that result depends on who grows it and its environment.

purple haze. like jimmy Hendrix sang about. they may not change color for you , you really have to have the best of the best to get them sexy looking , I have seen green or brown purple haze. from . experienced growers. was nothing special . and I have done some blueberry it was a bit red after dry . and temps were 65 f cold as I could get it . nothing to jump and down about in the color. after it dry they all look about the same . just a bit different color.
I'm little leary of haze since I only have 5' total height to work with....but man it'd be awesome to smoke some purple haze with a Jimmy record going.....dare to dream

Very nice! I passed one strain to you, there are two more you should see. Though I think the one I sent you is the best one FOR THIS CASE. Bear in mind that these ladies are autos! Damn man im so jealous, my GF just tries to ignore the fact that I am growing. Cant share a thing with her cuz as somebody wise said once "AINT NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT" haha. Cheers man and please post pics if you grow with those seeds. I want to see them because I want to try a thing or two myself.
Personally, I don't care. I'm not really into football, so it doesn't matter.

ya the red poison is the most photogenic of the red strains....and that's all were going for here. I've never tried an auto but hey may as well. Now if only I could get her to read a book while I play xbox we'd be golden.
