Here are some pictures of a 120 plant aeroponics system I built over winter. I used 6" PVC with 3" net pots. I used two 180 degree sprayers per plant and 3/4" drain lines feeding into a 1.5" master drain. The reservoir was 100 gallons, and in a separate room with a 1/2 HP water chiller. For veg I used Advanced Sensi Grow A+B with Hygrozyme. We later built a trellis over each system to support the plants which were sativa dominant trainwreck cuttings from Arcata. I tried to use just one really strong high pressure pump, but it didn't work out. I ended up switching to 4 separate submersible pumps each at around 1584GPH. Since each system had its own huge water pump it only took a few seconds for the line to pressurize and begin spraying at the root zone. I was able to run all four pumps using a 15A CT-1 Digital Cycle Timer. I was very pleased with this timer, I was able to dial it down to the exact second. I ran each pump for only 38 seconds on, with a 6 minute off time. For lighting I used ( 600W ballasts with 8" reflectors in a closed loop drawing in air from outside, and then dumping hot air back outside. Separate 6" fans were used to bring in fresh air from outside. For Bloom I used Sensi Bloom A+B with a 12 day clean water flush. No additives were used as this was a tight setup, with no room for risk of clogs or other bullshit like slime caused by "Carbs".
