Gnats on my back..need help b4 transplant

I have noticed and killed about 6 gnats the last 4 days, these are seedlings in rapid rooters about a week old don't know how to check for larvae or kill them if i have...i put up fly strips for adults, but what can i do to rid them before transplant soon. As a preemptive measure, I'm growing in soil. Thanks RIP

Azamax works awesome for gnats, I've even dipped my rockwool cubes into azamax/RO water mix. It seemed to keep any larvae from living in the fibers. It should work the same for root plugs.
Get some sticky traps from your local hydro store and keep up on the azamax, as a soil drench and a foliar.

Coffee Grounds work and add N, Diatomacious Earth works also provides trace minerals and of course pest strips or make you own with some honey and a plate.
