hey

ok the building is on the way
24x36x12 ......white building white roof ....pole barn steel panels
2 inch vapor barrier on the roof for condensation RF factor of 4
gravel floor compacted for now concrete pouring later when prices are cheaper (building has the skirt that goes 4 inches down to keep mice and other things outs)
commercial grets for insulation for later
1 standard door entry and one 8x10 overhead insulated....no windows

area for weather info
look at oregon Eugene to Drain ....those are the weather patterns for me with out telling u directly where it is

now the electrical set up looking at 5k to 5.5k
200 amp panel .....possible sub panel for just 110v... as for the lines and the outlets kind of what this for

hvac
mini splits 4 2 tons .........that is about 5 to 7 k

lights
LED .....have to go with them i might be able to play with HID and LED in one area (always wanted to do that experiment ) ....but the RH here is to high for to many months to do a cooltube venting system to control the heat .....and to do a all HID area would be a lot more in HVAC like 4 4tons

grow media
soil for now with hydro replacing it out once a onsite back up genny is installed into the electrical system

evo
co2 burners hooked to a 500 gallon on site propain tank ( have to to high 944 above sea lvl natural is 350-400 at best) ......4 2ton mini splits (cooling and heating ) .....the RF on the insulation i was thinking 30 and that is about 2500 for the area

Plumbing
this is simple for now but will need to lay drain lines before the concrete goes in .....1000 bucks

now the design of the area it is completely open .....the poles are on the walls with nothing in the center truces are up in the air at about 11 feet m off the ground.....given me about 10 to 9 feet of use able room
1 we do not have a dry area set up
2 want to have a mix of photos and autos going so does mean need black out system for part of it as i like to run autos on 20/4 that can work for veggie

so weight in ....ideas comments ......everything helps

cant fault your specs. Have you considered dividing it into smaller spaces? It is easier to have four rooms staggered so you harvest every two weeks. Rather than all at once. Where does your waste water go? Someone with a title will want to know. Maybe a small quarantine space for incoming veg plants that is separated from the rest of the grow. Get some good commercial carts. Plan your spaces around them so they can fit thru the space. Run an empty pipe or two in the concrete to run new lines in the future.

well i was avoidingh walls or anything untill i can get the concrete in ....do not need something falling and killing me (be just my luck)

as for the waste water .....not really any to speak of ......water barrel for the feed hook on a hose for a gravity feed system to the plants or a hose for bucket filling and watering (just math based off the maximum water retention of the planter and number of gallons of soil ) ..........the hydro run off hook that into a leaching hose and let it run out to the yard

definally going to put in atleast 1 extra 2 inch pipe just incase but rem Co2 so i got to plug it up

thanks
