Going Flowering or waiting?

Hi everyone, I'm growing 4 Mango Sapphire in a 120x120x180 cm grow tent. Today's the 32nd day of veg and I've topped the plants 2 times and put them under a scrog net. I'm uploading a pic to show you. They're under a 600w HPS, 50cm from the top of the plants, powered by an electronic dimmerable power supply.
What do you think? Should I switch 12/12 or should I wait until they grow wider?

the whole purpose of using a scrog is to fill the screen.Your plant is just reaching the net you need to keep tucking it and spreading it out. I don't flip till every square has a main grow tip coming up and thru,I just started growing again after a 2 year break,,but I will make a video on how to scrog cause I see so many asking this same question . my gurls are just hitting the net but i have trained them since the 4th node to be in a screen.it is an art form to some point and takes a little practice to get it right .

I completely agree with you. It's the first time Scrogging and I found it quite difficult, I would need more experience to manage it better. I've just defoliated to permit lower branches to get longer. Here some photos.

you've got the right idea and something i try to do instead of defoilating is just simply pull the leaves under and tuck them out of way.and your highest growing tip will get all the energy so by simply pulling the main shoots down will promote side branching, sometimes the trellis netting don"t really work to well in smaller grows as the squares are quite large. you can add more squares to make the training easier and more productive.

All the tips are already pulled down so side branches are already growing bigger. But many of them were hidden by big fan leaves and were very small.

I totally understand sometimes cutting them is only choice.I have two Indica dominant strains in my cab right now and they will choke themselves out if I allow it.My goji's dream on the other hand loves to branch and does very well in a screen.
