Going from HPS back to T5 Fluorescent ?

I have a small medi garden that consists of half jack the rippers and half mothers finest got them all from a local club as clones all at the same time the same size ... Needless to say the Rippers have taken off and are ready to be flipped to 12/12 while mothers finest are taking thier time and are less than half the size of the rippers

they are all together under 2 600w hps but I was thinking of moving the mothers back into the closet to continue veg under a T5 Florecent fixture ... (4ft / 4 tube hydrofarm)

would this have any negative effect on them going from hps to florecent? Id like to hold on to the mothers finest even though so far they have been super slow growers in comparison to the rippers from what ive read the end result can be worth the wait

The alternative is to get rid of them and let the rippers have the run of the house... what do you think my best bet is??

I would say putting them under the t5s woudnt do much harm they just wont be getting as much light as before kinda like you moved them toward the shade.Veg them up until they are ready in your eyes.

I don't think it would hurt. I'm using a T5 for veg and HPS for flowering.
