going from indoor too outdoor??? or outdoor too indoor???

So recently just got my card

going to the clubs and one club has plants that are 1 1/2 months (indoor) in starting to budd and everything... would it be a good idea to throw that outdoors and wait till the end of the year to have a HUGE plant?

on the reverse side I also might be doing a little closet grow with a friend who already has some outdoors in big pot would it be bad to bring them indoors and put them under a HPS at 12/12 there like 3 weeks old? (6-8 inches)

Buying an already flowering plant to put outside will be an unhappy experience.

If you're someplace cold and gray, it might not hurt to bring the little ones in to veg inside under lights for a while longer.
