going to be moving..is a condo a good idea?

im going to be getting my own place and a condo would be great price wise. but then you have people living right on the other side of the wall which causes a little nervousness about growing. also im wondering if condo each have their own electrical panel or not. if not thats a big problem.

Well how big do you grow?

If you are a closet grower...and you grow lower odor plants...not too many of them...and get a negative ionizer for your livingroom...I don't foresee a problem.

Or you could get/build a box and use a carbon scrubber...

sound and smell are all easly delt with with some money invested carbon scrubber / insalated fam boxes hung from bungies am growing next to avoulenter police but iam 215 patient so i dont stress to much

The biggest thing to consider with a condo, or a subdivision are the homeowners associations.
You want to be wary of people on them who have nothing else better in their lives than to hunt you down for being one shade of tint off on the color of your front door, or have the wrong type of grass seed.
These are the type of people that look over the fence into your back yard just itching to find infractions.
If you give them any reason to dislike you, they will look for ways to get you out of the community.
And for that, outdoor weed is a no-brainer.
