going to try to make some fudge with my pucks

i have a decent amount of pucks from my pressing. im wanting to make them into some fudge,
is the decarb method the same as if it were trim?
also i have about two gallons of trim, is there a reason i shouldnt mix them?
also is fudge ok to make with it? i dont really care for chocolates, or brownies both are ok, but i waned to try some soft chewey fudge, will it even work? or will it end up wasting my material?

Why wouldn't it work? Just do an infusion or extraction and make a batch of whatever you want to cook.

You can infuse oil or butter directly with the pucks and trim if you want. I like using a small crock pot I can just fill up with material and butter and turn on low for a good 6-8 hours. I stir occasionally and just let it do its thing. Then strain and use.

Or you can use alcohol and extract the material to get a concentrate, and then use that to make oil or butter. Usually using a concentrate will allow more accurate dosing, and it usually imparts much less plant flavor to whatever you cook with it. However since your pucks have been smashed and heated I think it will probably still be a little plant vs using just nice trim material.

Thanks bro, i was just nervous the consistency of the fudge might mess with it
We generally decarb I the oven then slow cook it on the stove as I have no croc pot... And i live in the south.... Don't tell em or they'll kick me out

Butter is butter and oil is oil. I don't think it should effect the consistency of the fudge. Good luck let us know how it turns out.
