Ok, i have grown before, always outdoors in the woods though but since i have recently moved to a new location with no nearby woods ill have to do it indoors from now on.

My current plan is to build a 2' wide 2' deep 4' tall grow tent out of 1" PVC and panda film, i want to get a 400w HPS for the space with 2 6" 250CFM Inline duct fans for intake and exhaust.

My questions are, about how many plants could i grow at a time with this much space and light?, will heat from the light be a problem even with the fans? and what would a ballpark estimate of my minimum yield with this setup be?

Plans are below.

There are no meaningfull answers to the questions you pose, only specuation which means very little, what you need to do is to get the room/tent up and running then grow out a few plants, then fine tune any problems like heat & or humidity, then after fine tuning the room you can figure out how many plants going by what style of indoor growing you choose.

Indoor plants can range from 1/4 oz per plant up to 4 ounces pr plant, much depends on the growers skills, how well the grow area is set up & what type grow style is chosen.

The one thing i can see is that you should bump up the tent size to a 3ft x 3ft area of floor space so your not wasting light from a 400 watt light system.

It looks like you've got a good plan now you just need to get it up & running.
