good extraction tube?

was about to buy a pvc but right as i was about to walk away i could of sworn i read somewhere pvc is bad some ohter stuff. so i put it back and didnt get anything, any one build their own extraction tubes and how did you do yours? and what doy ou use ad your mesh screen or extraction screen. i was thinkging coffee filter but how much dose that reatin of the thc,

glass turkey baster with coffee filter attached with heavy rubber band. ebay or bed bath and beyond. I have since moved on to alcohol extraction though instead of lighter fluid or naptha.

what type do you use for the alcohol? and i only have arounbd 1/2 o to work with so its either some bho or like a dry ice.
