Good flooring to go on top of wood? Any advice?

My plants home is in a tent that is sat on a block of polystyrene <-- don't know if I slept that right lol
But that helps a bunch for vibration reduction.

If in a tent aswel another tip for reducing sound of the extractor by adding duct pipe about three feet to four is good, makes it sound abit like gale outside rather a hum
