Has anyone seen or used these bulbs? Let me know your thoughts...I was thinking about them for seed germ/clones.

That's not full spectrum.

Thanks...I run a 600w Eye Hortilux in my tent.

I just copied and pasted this info.

I was curious if anyone had used them...quality, humming noise, etc...any experience.

For just seed germ and clones, what CFL brand and source do you use? I'm trying to find something that is a CFL and more affordable to run during germ/clone.
