I've never seen an herb dryer like that before. It's pretty much a grow tent converted into a dry room. You could make one of these yourself with a wardrobe closet. Add exhaust with carbon filter and intake for fresh air with a small fan blowing across the bottom. The drying rack you can get from IKEA
