Good quiet fan?

Does anyone have any recommendations on a quiet extractor fan for as cheap as possible and also any recommendations for a carbon filter?

That depends entirely on the size of space you need to ventilate.

I have an inline fan which is very quiet but not powerful, and I have an RVK which is very powerful but is definitely not quiet (even though it is sold as a quiet fan). Noise depends more on fan size and speed than brand...until you start comparing fans with equal flow ratings..

Buy as big a carbon filter as your fan can handle too. No point skimping on that if odor control is important.

For info...The small quiet one I bought was an epicair SRD100. It is very quiet, as I mentioned, but only just big enough for my 2ft x 2ft tent. (and I should probably be running the bigger fan now I'm in flower...

RVK is a pretty reliable brand for bigger inline fans, but nothing fancy.

Of course my bad for lack of information at work so was busy thinking about other stuff anyway the tent I'll be getting will only be around 2 x 1.5 feet so if you reckon the SRD100 is a decent fan I'll have a look at that. Also what is the wiring like with it as it's meant to be a bathroom extractor fan I'm guessing it's not just a plug aha thanks!

Easy peasy for me. It's 240V, so I just wired it straight to a plug...

I didn't even have proper wire to hand, so used some old fat speaker cable I had lying around.
