What are some good strains to grow in or around mid-western Ohio, and how would a low rider do around here? (like ak47 X hindu kush, or something along those lines)

Northern Lights is very hardy and both mold and pest resistant, It's very hard to kill, the buds are dense and sticky, gives you mellow indica stone.

Northern Lights, Sweet Dreams, Sweet Tooth, Iranian G13, Chemo Iranian, Iranian Autoflower. All are Indica dominant plants good for short seasons. I am northwest of you, best time would be to start them indoors, if you have the ability to do that, transplant outdoors when chance of frost is gone, and or the ground temps at 1-2 inches is stable at 55 to 60 degrees. In Ohio I am guessing that to be around end of April to start of May. Good Luck, Grow Happy and have fun.

I wish I did have a place to grow indoors! How about nutrients, like if i were using foxfarm nutrients, and they have the schedule, how would you go about using foxfarm nutrients on lowriders?

start off with half of the nutrients say you should use, then gradually start increasing the amount of nutes as your plant grows, be careful not to burn

If I were to get the farmfarm nutrients, how would I follow the foxfarm schedule, the schedule is 12 weeks and obviously lowriders do not take 12 weeks. Also, maybe foxfarm nutrients are not the best to use on lowriders, anybody have any suggestions?!?

Auto's have been hit or miss for me and yield very little. If you decide to go with auto's your going to need a shit load of seeds which will cost you a bundle. Stick with the short flowering indicas. I'm going to grow G-13's Bluebery Gum (50-55 days) along with some hybrids, probably 5 or 6. That should produce 2 to 3 Lbs. That many auto's might produce 2 to 3 Oz. It's worth the few extra weeks and will cost you less money.

What I plan on doing is planting around 10 ak47(have not completely decided yet) then having about 10 low riders, and continue planting 10 low riders every 30 days or so, until grow season is up. That way I will have the 10 regular high yielding plants, then have a couple oz's from the low riders while waiting on the 10 high yielding plants. I just need some help with what nutrients would be good to use on low riders, and how the foxfarm schedule would work on low riders, anybody help?

man your questions are kinda stupid if you ask me...your just ignoring the suggestions and re-asking other questions
like i said start off with half wat ever the FF feeding schedule says, ie if it says give a tablespoon give half a tablespoon, as you notice your plant getting bigger gradually increase the amount of FF nutes you give them, youll know how much when the plants are growing by how they respond to the nutes. your autos wont get that big so its not like your gonna be able to hit them heavy with nutes, once they flower hit them with the blooiming nutes starting with half what it says on the bottle and working your way up each week.

Fox Farm will work fine for the plants its one of the best fertilizers on the market, you could even use Miracle Grow but the bud wont be as nice..... My only concern is that your gonna burn the plants

Yeah sorry, I am just trying to make sure that I understand everything and produce a premium product... But ive been looking around on attitude seed bank and sweet seed's Cream Caramel has really caught my attention. How do you think that would do in Ohio's climate, I mean it says its 90% indica, and does anybody have any experience with Cream Caramel, and or the seed company Sweet Seeds?

Paradise Seeds:

Jacky White

Jacky White ‘s hardiness, high yield, fast finish, and striking profile are appreciated characteristics. This mostly Sativa hybrid is also notable for her stability, with only slight variations between individual plants. Outdoors, Jacky White likes a moderate to sunny climate. She likes to branch, so the garden setup that optimizes yield on these plants would allow a bit more space for the side branches to fully develop. Pruning or bending to increase yield works well with this strain.

Jacky White smells like a grapefruit tree all through her flowering period, which finishes in 60 days at most, with an abundance of chunky colas glittering and luminescent with resin. Her indoor harvest is impressive - up to 600g per square meter under a 600-watt high-pressure sodium light. Outside harvests are predictably larger.

Jacky White’s growing style is Sativa-like, with a note of good Indica qualities (ease, hardiness, fast finish); likewise, her stone is Sativa-like with a hint of Indica to take off Sativa’s speedy edge. She offers a clear, mind-lofting cerebral high accompanied by a pleasant body buzz, with an enduring effect. The rich haze-citrus taste will have tokers reloading their bongs anyway.
Spoetnik#1

Spoetnik #1 is a versatile plant with excellent resistance to a wide variety of horticultural problems. She has compact rock hard buds, and offers an unusually cerebral stone for a pure Indica – an uplifting, meditative awareness.

This variety is a superb spectacle. Her slow start may cause growers concerns. Suddenly, out of nowhere, she bursts forth around day 38 or 40 of the flowering cycle. Spoetnik #1 seems like she is reviving her engines, storing up everything she is fed for the countdown in the last 2 weeks of flowering, when she explodes with amazing power.

By harvest, the plants look oily, thanks to their heavy coating of glands. Her colas form into rockets: long and cylindrical.

8 Ball Kush
The mountainous border area between Afghanistan and Pakistan is traditionally known as the source of some of the best hashish in the world. After many years of selectively inbreeding the superior genetics from this region, we can now offer a strain that is very easy to grow and flourishes even under unfavorable conditions. This sturdy, short plant – a good choice for both SOG and ScrOG gardens – grows wide, dark leaves and produces dense buds that form on thick stems. The flavors are classic Kush: earthy and musky, with deep spicy accents.

Crimea Blue
Ganadora Cannabis Cup Indica 2007.
By crossing the popular, fruity-tasting Blueberry strain with the earthy spiciness of a hardy Crimean hash plant, Barney’s Farm has created a new flavor sensation that’s easy to tend. This fast flowering plant grows short and thick, producing above average yields of large, fluffy colas. Ideal for both SOG and ScrOG growing systems. The rewards far outweigh the required gardening efforts: the flavors of lemon peel and rosemary, followed by a long-lasting, psychoactive high.

Those are all seeds that im considering growing this year, ill probably choose 3 of the strains, All of those are good strains that will make prime bud in the end. Im growing in central ontario so any plants that im growing will definately flourish in your climate. I recomend one of the kush's from barneys because there smaller plants that are sturdy and will still yeild more than any auto you get. Id stay away from auto's i think there more trouble then good if you get where im coming from.
