got a new grow tent. Is this right?

i just got new 4x4x76 grow tent from LEDWholesalers. there's only vent holes on the top left side in the ceiling, the top back left side and the bottom left side. There all on the left side. nothing on the right side. this is my second grow and I didn't use a grow tent on my last grow. I'm gonna piece this set up together. I'm just wondering if there is supposed to be vent holes on the right side of the tent?

and there is no holes for power cords WTF?
