Got a new sweet light but not sure of distancing

I got the lm301b 480w board and I'm not sure about the distancing of the light for verge and flower can anyone help

For seedlings dim that sucker way down and have it 30+ inches away.

For veg, 50% at 24-30”

For flower, 100% at 30” and let them grow towards it.

If you see stress or bleaching either dim or raise it up.

If that light is putting out 450 to 500 watts it will veg a 5x5 with the light in the rafters easy..

Its in my 1.5 m by 1.5 m tent and is a 480 w light

You wanna end up with your cannopy around 22-24 inces if at full power, depends a bit how stretchy is your cultivar.
