Government owned Bhang and weed shops in Puri, India

To celebrate my birthday this year, i'll be going to Puri ( Eastern coast of India). This is one of the holy towns of India and has about a hundred old temples mostly worshiping Lord Shiva. The temples are home to thousands of Sadhus who smoke all day every day.
To cater to the holy-men, The state has opened many shops which sell Bhang (compressed balls of weed), Hashish and Opium in addition to plain old Mary Jane. I am looking forward to being stoned throughout what seems to be an epic road trip.
