OK so I like to think outside the box... had some thoughts on how to increase yield while staying within plant count and thought I would throw this out there for feedback on the validity and or past experiences.
Grafting
From Wikipedia,
Grafting of graftage[1] is a horticultural technique whereby tissues from one plant are inserted into those of another so that the two sets of vascular tissues may join together. This vascular joining is called inosculation. The technique is most commonly used in asexual propagation of commercially grown plants for the horticultural and agricultural trades.
I have also read of root grafting. When two or more plants roots intertwine, they are considered grafted too each other and thus one plant. ( would the 3 plants be considered 1 legally? )
My thought was to clone three cutting together, plant and trained un-topped. When I placed them in the cloner, I took a 1/2 inch black poly tube slit down the middle and placed the cuttings in that and 3 inches above the bottom of the cut.
Here is one that I tried the regular way, I didn't put alot of effort into it as I just wanted to see what would happen. Here they are 8 days on a Blueberry trunk. My idea is as I take a plant down, too lollypop the next group and use the cutting to graft 20 or so starting from the top down.
