just curious how everybody keeps track of all the different thing they do to each of their ladies. my buddy has a calendar that looks like a 5yr old wrote in it, if wanted to see what you did 2 wks ago you would be screwed. this may seem trivial to some but to me details are important.

Thanks

I do mine on a spreadsheet. The dates don't matter to me, just the weeks. I have been through calendars and the tools like HerbIQ and Grow Assistant. Good for learning what to track and what is too much.

But, those are essentially spreadsheets with fancy user interfaces. Right now, I print a sheet as a fill in form. I use that every week to keep track of the various nutes and additives, by ml of product. And there is a place for notes, also. And modern spreadsheet will allow you to attach photos, etc.

So, I list what I'm interesting in tracking on the left column. Then the top row is numbered for Weeks. For me, in hydro, it's 3 veg weeks and 10 bloom weeks. It works very well for me.

I just did the Sunday water changed. I drained and filled almost with RO. Then a 5 gal bucket of RO, I added all the nutes on the list for that week. It just took a few minutes, consulting my sheet. I filled out the sheet coliumn for that week, the night before to get ready.

What I add also has to do with how they did last week. After that, I put a little pump in the bucket on a tight valve and let the water slowly pump back into into root pond over 10 min. (I hate to shock the root. Too valuable)

I come back in 10 more minutes and the pond has eased to exactly what I intend.

Keeping notes is an individual thing and I just ask myself, what do I want to track.....and then I ask, Why the hell track that??? :)

I better have a good answer.

Calendar works best . Just write neat like an adult. Create your own shorthand.
I'm not sure I agree that hand writting improves with age. Mine has gotten worse over the years...I know what you mean though. :)
