Green house seeds soil not paper towel

my last grow I had some green house seeds which where unsuccesful germination using the paper towel method. I also see many other complaints about green house seeds.

However I thought I would post, as even if this helped 1 person that is good enough for me.

If you have green house seeds at the min, maybe you could confirm this.

Green House seeds plant straight in soil not paper towel method.

Mandala suggests planting direct into the medium as well - they do not recommend the paper towel method.

yea, I have a current thread up, with a little debate about that.

I have had successful towel germination methods with, sensi seeds, dna, resvoir privada, g13 labs & many more, however I have just tried the planting straight in soil method, after recently reading a post on here saying that paper towel method can cause rot etc.

However last grow I done some of the church and i thougt it was the tude fault supplying crap beans, however I tried sticking the green house seeds straight in soil 100% success.

I now say this for only greenhouse, as I hear a lot of complaints about them not germinating, now I can safely say that greenhouse beens need to be planted straight in soil.I just need some confirmation on this, however I have some satori beans and they maybe the same.

ive had success with both methods and ive had greenhouse alaskan ice,trainwreck and kings kush. see the problem with the paper towel method is that it rips the tiny hairs off of the tap root which can stunt if not stop growth. and as for the greenhouse debate i heard arjan doesnt breed he just buys strains from different breeders and puts them out through greenhouse seeds. plus people hate on his promotion game cuz he passes out like a pound of bud at the cannabis cups but i think he is just a good business man and i love the genetics i got so i ride with them!

see, this is why people get me so annoyed for about how they hate on the green house, it really is pathetic, I mean who really complains about a seed company giving a way so much bud for free, noone does apart from pure block head who has only been to the cannabis cup a few times and never actually went in the early 90's.

I mean a few years ago, it was compulsary that the coffeshops and seed companies gave away so much bud to get the buds the vote at the cannabis cup. However in the past few years they dont, they just either give a sample which basically means a bong or vaporizer now green house do a lot for us smokers and growers, loads of bud to try, t-shirts etc. If thats not called 100% customer satisfaction then what is.

I am also pissed of with the amount of people who comment on the green house and have absolutly no experience on them at all and when you ask them about them, they always say "I heard from a friend they where rubbish". the answer is to this is, if your friend asked you jump of a cliff, would you? I don't think so, so don't knock it until you tried it.

I mean people who always hate on arjan, have absolutly no room to speak at all aswell, as the majority don't even know the guy but however to be fair I don't know him, however I have had the chance to speak to him several times and he really does go out his way to help you and explain.

He as also went to africa to get the real malawi gold, theres not many growers or seed companies who have the whole trip documented besides the risks he is taking.

also a lot of people forget that when shantibaba left green house, he basically left arjan all by himself nd then they have the cheak to say " well I heard that arjan struggled and couldnt grow for shit"

the answer to this is, wake the fuck up and think about it, shantibaba left arjan in the lurk like a mug and no wonder arjan was struggling, as tryin to grow bud for the coffeeshop, breed for the seeds and trying to run the buisness and distrobute and a the seeds by yourself is pretty much impossible and also advertise the gree house, I doubt most people could do this, it's pretty much impossible thats why he had to get help. Not because he's rubbish at all at growing or anthing else, as he wouldn't have made it this far if he was, he also was trying to juggle family life with all this too.



think about it guys, not easy at all...

HA HAHA i feel u my dude! people were tryin to tell me the greenhouse was shit and then they unknowingly smoked some of theyre trainwreck and my boy was stuck like "yo where u get that? im stoned:eyesmoke:" i say "one of my peoples" lol then he goes on wit the hate "see greenhouse dont have no stuff like this they got crap!". or when someone said alaskan ice was crap. i admit they have different phenos so they arent really uniform from seed but if u clone the right one the smoke is incredible! so im wit greenhouse f the haters. i had a bad experience with barneys but im not gonna go hate on them for it shit happens :bigjoint: i wanna try the chemdog they got!

A friend of mine breeds and gives me seeds by the hundred, some have names some dont, i once put 40 in rock wool and none came up in a dome ''prop'' i then put same seeds in soil=40 total, 40 came up, starnge eh, an old wize grower told me it could be something to do with the mother plant, or the temp in the soil is more to their liking.

Oh when i say same seeds, i dont mean i took out from rockwool and put in soil, i mean from the same bag.

I know exactly what you mean, I also thinks it may have something to do with breeders too. For example say greenhouse, always plant seed in soil then when breeding, the seeds will also need to germinate in soil to match how there parent started life. To a degree this is a theory, however I do think theres truth in it, which should be explored more.

LMAO great growin minds think alike! i did have some wreck last night blew my mind:eyesmoke: i havent had purple wreck yet but i was plannin on tryin to get my hands on some seeds of it from attitude. i know this dude who works for a dude who grows it and its the only strain he WONT give my boy lol and he got all kinds of strains from what i hear so im guessin its official

yea, the wreck will deffo blow you away, it's pretty potent smoke. I am not suprised your boy will give this strain away, if you can get a keeper with purple wreck, you are SORTED FOR LIFE! nearly every 13 pack you get at least 1 keeper, if not more!

However you seed the attitudes rating of purple wreck, 3 stars, fucking 3!!! I mean they give some KC Brains higher rating and this leads me to think the attitude KNOW FUCK ALL ABOUT GANJA! they are good seed bank but thats all and you can tell they ar just in it for the money.

Get the purple wreck seeds whilst you can:bigjoint:

Hey sup bro,

I got a mix pack from greenhouse seeds, as a total newb i didnt no of the 'paper towel' meathod and jus stuck 3 seeds in soil, after about 1.5- 2 weeks cheese sprouted, and i through away white rhino and lemon skunk ( soo pissed at myself i fort they were just dud seeds but looking back now they jus didnt have the right circumstances and jus didnt germ) i then later went on to germ great white shark paper towel meathod and within a week it got the tap root, went to plant it but broke the root (my fort again i wasnt gentle enuf) then with my last seed i germed trainwreck through the paper towel meathod and in 6 days it got the root and then a further 2 days (8 in total) i got a seedling,

So i out of 5 seeds i germed 3 but only got 2 seedlings, havent smoked my cheese its near harvest, trainwreck has just started so depending on the smoke i shall go back to greenhouse seed co,

My opinon on what goes on behind the scenes of greenhouse company i dont give to shits (not being rude) all im intrested in is good seeds (which i got) and a good smoke (which i should get)

Yea I fully understand, However everyone who buys seeds basically want to know the in ands outs of a fart and then get caught up in all that crap about green house.

However I think, whatever method works best for you! DO IT! I however find that I get better results with germinating green house seeds in soil.

That PurpleWreck i badly want to try it, what seed bank did you get that from, ive got trainwreck started and ive herd a lot of good reports on it, as in it hits you hard and fast which sounds great. But that wont be for a long time till i get a taste of it.

i noticed the same thing, i thought i had a bunch of bunk seeds that would not germ in a towell so i tossed them in the dirt and they popped right out

said that about a week ago aswell...... why would he fucking go to places to find the best strains why does he give so much damn time in to the customer support...

got to say i realy do like them as a seed company, allways a present with my stuff :) got to love em !
