Green LED and Green Lighting ... What is safe for nighttime viewing?

I am currently setting up a 8,000 watt room that is 18' x 16' and want to put some permanent fixtures attached to a light switch recessed in the ceiling and want to implement green led bulbs or some other green bulbs to work during the sleep cycle. I DONT WANT WORKLIGHTS OR HEADLAMPS! The problem is, I don't know what type of green light is safe. I would like an expert answer, as I am having trouble researching this. I promise to in turn put up some sweet pics of the custom built warehouse grow room when it is finished in a couple weeks. my sealed dream room!
