BudRot on outdoor grow in michigan. Days of rain and Hi Humidity in Michigan the last few weeks was terrible timing. My Nice cola buds are real tight which was great untill all that rain. They started getting bud rot. I sprayed them GreenCure 7 days ago and again 3days ago. I'm still finding a few new bad buds every day. It's Tuesday morning now and plan on harvesting Thursday Evening because more rain starting Friday. Should I spray with GreenCure again this morning with only 3 days before harvest or just keep BudRot Hunting and cutting until Thursday and Harvest them.

Green cure won’t fix bud rot once it’s taken hold...it’s designed for powdery mildew and a sort of preventative for mold/mildew. Bud rot starts from within the buds (stalk/stems). PM starts on the surface of the leaves. Green Cure kills PM by increasing the surface PH of the leaves, making the environment inhospitable for mildew. Once it rains and washes it away, you’re back to square one although it states it works for up to two weeks. By spraying more water on your plants, you are doing more harm than good at this point. Cut the affected buds out and chop when the psychological turmoil of worrying about losing your plants trumps getting the plants to full maturity.

On a side note, I was treating one of my plants for PM with Green Cure...it’s the only plant that ended up showing any amount of bud rot. I’m guessing I made things worse spraying it multiple times.
