Greenhouse grow ireland

So iv ordered my greenhouse poly tunnel for next week and have my seeds bought and left in the fridge, there shaman by Dutch passion (outside). Do keep them inside under a light for a few weeks before putting them into the poly tunnel or would I be better off starting off in the poly tunnel from start to finish and would it be better to use pots or plant them into the ground, and should I germinate my seeds now or wait a few weeks, sorry I know it's a few questions but it's my first outdoor grow.
