I've grown indoor but have zero experience with outdoor. I thought i'd post some questions on here and get some advice from more knowledgeable farmers
A) Is it better to do fewer plants and grow them up or do a "sog" style for outdoor?
B) What sort of soil solutions do outdoor growers use? I'm used to spending 500-600 for indoor soil mixes... I'm going for reasonably cheap, clean and efficient. Can I use dirt from the land, bake it, and then add my castings, perlite, guano etc?
C) Is it better to premix nuts into soil or nut the plants through an irrigation system? If you nut through watering, whats the best system (drip irrigation comes to mind)?
D) Lastly, supplemental lighting? Florescent do to its low heat output?.
I realize that these questions might be argued through personal preference...but was curious if there are indeed better and more reliable methods?
