Is greenhouse growing considered outdoors? Does anyone use one?

Have you ever considered buying a property that has a large greenhouse? I have a florist near my house out of business and there is a large greenhouse area and a 300-400 square foot brick building behind the greenhouse.

Laws are different in different areas, but I believe if it's enclosed with a roof, and has locking doors, it's not considered "outdoor"...At least, it certainly shoudn't be, right?

I'm just wondering how someone would have to set the place up to be legal and secure.

I figured the brick portion will be easy to install metal deadbolts and heavy duty door. Could put the flowering girls in there and use the green house area to veg plants and seperate males from females.

Would a glass pane be considered secure tho.. Would I have to install chain link walls and ceilings..

I wouldn't consider it secure from rippers...but is this in the eyes of the law? Or just trying to prevent neighborhood kids from throwing rocks?

I would be more concerned about law than rippers.

I have been thinking of maybe purchasing a property in the future so I can have my grow away from my home.

Would love a setup like that. Just install fences around the property and a simple alarm system for rippers...maybe motion detecting lights on the fence around the perimeter facing away from the grow..That kinda shit deters thieves most of the time..Though, it also attracts attention to an otherwise inconspicuous greenhouse...
