Greenish Colored Roots

I am using a clear container as a pot for my plant and I've noticed that in certain areas, some roots are green. It seems like there's some green stains on the container/soil too. I'm not even sure if this is a common thing or if it is even a problem at all.

Its algae and its from using a clear container. Roots should be in the dark. Spraypaint the outside of the container black and the green will go away.
