Greenthumbs seeds review

Hey so I've been lurking around for a while now but finally decided to make an account to do a review of dr green thumbs seeds. I ordered the seeds over a month ago and obviously that's way to long for a delivery in the same country. So I contacted the doc to see if the seeds got sent back. He confirmed the correct address so the seeds should have come. I then asked the doc if he would send another pack if I paid for shipping because I am running out of time to season. I figure since I already gave him 100 bucks it wouldn't be a big deal because seeds are pretty cheap to produce, it's really the genetics you pay for. I even promised to send the extra pack back if I ended up getting both. The answer was a curt "no". I then asked for a receipt and copy of the order but he has been completely ignoring my emails. Am I justified in what I asked of the doc. Anyone have similar experiences or advice?

Yes....Doc is a dick with lousy customer service. You probably won't ever hear from him again. There have been delivery issues on and off over the years from him but they seemed to have gotten better lately. I guess not.

I've had bad grows with some of his stuff, but mainly Endless Sky. Some people love him, others hate him. I'm a hater but try to be fair to him.

You should have asked for a "proof of shipping" receipt. Kiss your money goodbye and order from Herbie's and be done with it.

damn right you're justified in what you asked. you paid good money for a product that didnt get delivered. but ordering seeds is always a risk. pay with a credit card and the single seed centre wont fuck you over. yes you can even get just one seed. however i find it a rip off and always get a bunch. never mention growing though or they will refuse all future business with you. also if you have a problem contact them right away the minute you notice a problem. i had a cracked seed and they couldnt do nothing cause i waited a week to tell them. only mention the seeds for "collection purposes and souvenirs". it is in the policy though and ever since they pack in bubble wrap. sounds like the dude is a dick and maybe didnt have very stealth packaging. attitude and nirvana are also great. i really only trust these bigger known companies. no single place has any real special genetics really. anywhere else you will find something just as good if not better. i recommend anything from tga subcool. they know there shit. only reg seeds though. i dont like fem anyway

I've never had delivery problems from Dr. Greenthumb. Grew out his Iranian Indica and G13 ChemDawg, great germination, huge buds, average quality. He is not the best at customer service, but at least you can call and get him on the phone. Lately I've switched to HD and have been ordering Jordon of the Islands God crosses. Seems to be better potency than Doc's gear, albeit lower yield.

So I guess Doc should send out replacement orders to anyone who SAYS they didn't get their order right? Get real.
Guess you should have paid for express delivery which is 100% guaranteed. Your fault, not theirs

Mate, just seen 2 threads with you bitching about the person who is having issues with Greenthumb...You really sound butthurt over something. Not sure what that might be though!

Too bad his C99 and MTF are never in stock. Always wanted MTF clone only but very difficult to obtain. Had a member at another site send me a taster of real deal MTF and it was killer sativa so many years ago. Even did a 5 person smoke report on the sample. We were so high off one joint and had a great time getting everyones feedback. It really was tops.

Tried the doc's Kashmir Resin Factory, Big Laughing and c99, but beans were 7 years old and didn't pop. My fault for waiting so long.

I have previously ordered Iranian g13, Chemdog and OG Kush, 1 order with tracking and 2 with out and received all of them

I ordered his Bubba OG this year with no tracking and did not receive my order! when I called to complain and see what he would do about it? he stated nothing and that if i cancelled my CC he would not ship to me again!

I informed him that I had previously ordered from him with success and had done a journal on RIU of his Iranian G13 (check it out) and if he would not resend that I would have no choice but to cancel CC payment as I work hard for my money and can not afford to lose $200.00.

2 weeks after I cancel the CC I get a voice mail on my answering machine from DR Green thumb threatening me and the following day another threatening voice mail (Fucking Idiot) so I call him the next day and confront him about the calls and he denies calling me, I have spoken to him a dozen times and I know his voice!

It really is a shame, Dr Greenthumbs has some great genetics but "no people skills" he should hire a customer relations person and stick to breeding and then his company could be a great success!!!!
