grey mold

Does anyone know if a sulfur burner can get rid of grey mold sprores in my place before i rebuild.

It can help. Bleach sprayed on all surfaces and left to dry will also help. Unfortunately these are all just surface applications. to truly be rid of mold spores you have to tear out all the drywall in the entire house. then you need fans running 24/7 to dry everything out, then its sulpher/bleach time to get rid of the last of it hiding in crevices. after that you rebuild and get your HVAC working well enough to not let the home get too humid after that. Use of UV lighting in your HVAC system will help too.
