Grinding (damaging to thc trichomes?)

A LOT of websites say grinding cannabis damages the thc trichromes , this goes for blending as well. Comments?

yeah, but then you unscrew the grinder and sprinkle it ontop of your bowl after you load it up.

(or save it all and make hash)

i love grinding ^_^ cause when i light er up it burns evenly from the center ^.^
