i usually keep adding veg nutes till about a week after i flip the switch cuz i still kind of figure its in the veg state(obviously when you flip the switch its still vegging), next watering no nutes, then i go to the bloom nutes. but i've heard of people using big bloom nutes in veg with great success.

Stay with your brand.

Get Fox Farm Tagar Bloom & Fox Farm Big Bloom. That is what you want for Flowering.

They also have a 3 part line up that is powder.

I feed them 1/2 dose Veg food/ 1/2 dose flower food, mixed together, when I switch the lights to 12/12. This way they have what they need for the stretching they're gonna do and what they need to start flowering.

I use Foxfarm on all my stuff and it works great. Once you switch to flowering you should be using their big bloom and tiger bloom for the rest of the time. One week before flowering add open sesame every other watering until two weeks into flowering then switch it for beestie bloomz for three weeks then cha ching until harvest. Your hydro shop should have a usage chart for free that gives you all this information.
