Grow Closet ideas

Hey dudes. I'm moving into a new house pretty soon and I have a closet that's about 2'x4'x6'. At first I was looking into getting a solar flare 200w led in a 2'x2'x4.5' grow tent and running 4 60 day auto flowering strains in soil but staggering them to harvest 2 plants at the begging of every month. That being said I had stumbled upon a thread on another forum today where a guy setup a cabinet around the same size as my perspective tent and runs 6 plants in DWC with 150w hps. He says he winds up pulling 1-2.5 oz per plant growing from clones that go straight to 12/12 after they've developed a decent root system. So now I'm wondering if I should get the tent and 200w led but instead of the autos in soil, I would grow 4 plants in DWC and see if I could maintain a mother outside the tent under some low wattage cfls to take clones from. I'm only growing for myself so only 2oz a month is really needed but I'd like to see if I could harvest around 4oz a month so I could make some BHO every now and again. Secrecy is also a minor issue, odor control is really all I'm worried about. For that I was looking at a 165 CFM in line duct fan with a 4"x12" 200 CFM carbon filter. I'm very handy and like to build rather then buy so any DIY ideas are cool.

All of this being said, I've never grown mj before so any and all advice is more than welcome, but I have been lurking on this forum for maybe 2 months now so I'm not totally ignorant.

One last thing, I'd like to thank the community here for being very friendly and helpful. I've never seen a forum that has been this kind. So I'm gana do some dabs and see what you guys have to say.

seems like you have put a lot of thought into this and you've got a good grasp of how it works. you're going to have to make some decisions. if you are just growing for yourself don't stress over yield. for your first grow i would suggest soil but that's just me. as far as lights it's all about how much you want to spend and how much ventilation you have. i don't know anything about LEDS but i have done several grows with CFLs and several with HIDs. i think a 165CFM for a carbon filter is too low but it depends on the size space you are venting.
