Not really raining on parade by seeing what you are trying to do .... YT becomes forum fodder because of many “ growers “ flexing fried , dodgy plants.
Dwc is a great method - my opinion tho is that those harvest stems you cut didn’t gain much mass. Flower formation is dependent on good / strong lighting.
What is the grow space size and lights used ?
I think if you dial the lighting up , harvest buds will improve. You scoped some minor areas on your vid but i think if you showed good bud / flower shots it would reveal the true maturity. Never go by any breeder estimate of “ flower / harvest “ .... your own grow / environment / skill will dictate how well your results will show.
