(This is my second grow)Start time: thursday, oct 19 12-2pm(exact germination time unknown)
Strain: Cookies Kush by Barney's Farm
Lighting: 2 300w leds, 1 roleandro full spectrum and 1 galaxyhydro led
Day 1: 2 seeds germinated sometime between 12-2pm. Waiting on third.
Day 3, 3:43 pm
They look yellow but they're just really light green. Camera sucks lol. scrapped 3rd one, no signs of germination. Btw no idea what the white shit on rocks is. Doesn't seem to be affecting anything so I'll leave it for now. I have 1 light dedicated to each plant, they're about 18 inches away. Plants are about 1 1/2 inches high at this point. Temp stays between 70-75 degrees F with, about average humidity. fan blowing above stems rn. Hoping to fill up this whole 32x32x63 tent that I have within 6-7 weeks, my last grow was only 38g dry but I made tons of mistakes so I'm hoping for at least 8-10 oz this grow
Day 4, 5:04AM just changed reservoir, decided to give them 1/4 strength nutrients early. Also gave them names(cuz why not??) Demetra for bottom left after the goddess of harvest
and Dianne for top right after the goddess of swiftness and beauty, Diannes (right corner) roots are almost touching the water already. Demetras roots are barely coming out of the bottom of the net pot, but I'm sure that will change. A few days ago when the plants we're just seeds and taproots I squished the rapid rooter surrounding Demetra trying to get it to close more and heard a crack. Plant is growing well but thinking maybe I squished some of the plants nutrients in the embryo(right?) Or something.I will continue updating this journal including my thoughts, progress, problems etc. Will offer whatever little knowledge about growing that I have to anyone who's newer at it than me or will accept advice/help from anyone. I don't appreciate threadjacking, but if there are any topics that people want to discuss in between me posting my journal entries I'm ok with that. Good day everyone. Happy growing
