Grow light

When is it a good time to move your grow-light up from the begining of the my grow?....right now I have my light ab 1foot away from my plants...i did have thw light 2 foot away but one started stretching so I moved it down to 1foot..these were planted on the 15th

What light is it? If its a small light u need it closer

Easiest to just take a picture of your light....

If its a cfl tube light it should be about 3 inches from the plant. You should also be aiming to get another light as cfl is not powerful enough. Your plants look under lit... thats why they are scrawny and tall
