does anyone know what light would be good for my plants and whats the best number of watts i should use without burning my electricity bill up?

i want a steady crop of about 3/4 pounds every couple of months.How many plants do u think that i should grow?
if you grow the right srans properly you can pull a lb off 4 plants on average

get some metal halide and hps 400 watt

would a 200 Watt Mh and 200 W HPS be good for 1 DWC plant? im assuming it should be fine....
Im sure in a ScrOG setup with ideal conditions a lb would be easy. Given the right strain and the experienced grower you'd be surprised.
Try and 600Watt HPS or even a 400Watt HPS and if you can afford a different light for veg get a MH its worth it.
Maybe buy a conversion bulb or a switchable ballast. Anything to cut costs.

Id advise to go with CFLS right up to flower. It's been proven many a time, it works, they are cheap and they save you cash when the eletricity bill comes too.
